Service Cancellations
Photography services may be cancelled according to the following schedule:

Refund Process
To request a refund or cancellation:
- Contact us via email or phone as soon as possible
- Provide your booking reference number
- State the reason for cancellation
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Photograph Revisions
We strive to deliver photographs that meet your expectations:
- Minor editing revisions are included in all packages
- Revision requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Major revisions or re-editing may incur additional fees
- We will work with you to address any concerns about the final images
Digital Products
Digital photographs and files:
- Once delivered, digital files are considered final products
- Digital products are non-refundable after delivery
- We maintain backups of all delivered files for 90 days
- Re-delivery of lost files may incur a small administrative fee
Print Products
For physical print products:
- Defective prints will be replaced at no charge
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt
- Products must be in original condition and packaging
- Custom orders are non-refundable unless defective
Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.):
- We will work with you to reschedule sessions
- Deposits may be held for future bookings
- Full refunds may be available on a case-by-case basis
- We will communicate clearly about available options
Photographer Cancellation
If we need to cancel your session:
- You will receive a full refund of all payments made
- We will attempt to find a replacement photographer if possible
- We will provide as much advance notice as possible
- No additional compensation is provided beyond full refund
Disputes and Complaints
If you are unsatisfied with our services:
- Contact us immediately to discuss your concerns
- We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly
- We may offer additional services or partial refunds to resolve disputes
- All complaints are taken seriously and reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Completed photography sessions
- Delivered digital files and photographs
- Custom print products that have been produced
- Travel fees and expenses already incurred
- Rush processing fees
